The Russian propaganda site Tsargrad, which belongs to the Orthodox oligarch Konstantin Malofeev, published an interview with the surgeon-occupier Yuri Yevich.

He said that the Russians are running out of reserves, and the Ukrainian Armed Forces may continue their offensive on Russian territory:

“The enemy will enter Kursk or Belgorod. Or — straight to St. Petersburg. All our neighbors are arming against us. We are surrounded by unfriends, everyone wants to attack us.

And how will we defend ourselves without having a sufficient number of combat-ready personnel?”
