Colonel Fralou could not explain whose drones fell over the Belarusian city.

At least six Russian "shaheds" flew into Belarus after the attack on Kyiv.

At least two explosions thundered in Homel after air defence forces shot down the drones.

The Belarusian military issued a strange statement in which they could not explain whose drones crushed over the Belarusian city.

"Tonight, September 5, a violation of the State Border of the Republic of Belarus in the airspace was recorded, presumably by unmanned aerial vehicles.

A decision was made to destroy them. Timely actions of the air defence forces allowed them to destroy all violator-targets.

An investigation is underway into this fact," said Colonel Siarhei Fralou, Chief of the General Staff - First Deputy Air Force and Air Defense Forces Commander.
