Who is the largest producer (pumper, extractor, or who knows what to call it) of oil in the world?

It is the USA. Not Saudi Arabia. Not Russia. Namely the USA.

And Trump's peace plan says that he will lower the price of oil to $40. The key question is — how? Oil production in the USA is already at its peak. In all of history. That is, it cannot be said that the damned socialist Democrats are holding back production, but Trump will come and everything will fly high. Because it is already flying high.

Not to mention that all those American oilmen will not be very happy with the price at $40. And they traditionally voted for the Republicans.

Can oil be at $40? Yes, if a global recession starts in the world. Can the US president organize it? Well, theoretically, he can. But hardly anyone would like such a plan.
