It happened during an operation to establish control over a gas production platform.

Late in the evening of September 10, the AFU Special Operations Forces supposedly destroyed a Russian Su-30SM fighter jet over the Black Sea.

This was reported by the Dumskaya publication, citing informed sources. There is no official confirmation from the AFU yet.

Information about the crash of Su-30SM in the west of the occupied Crimea appeared in the evening of September 11.

It was reported that the aviation of the Russian Federation is conducting a search operation at the site of the fall. A large oil slick and wreckage of the board is observed there. They are looking for the bodies of the pilots, who, tentatively, became ‘cargo 200’.

Russia's military and political leadership and media are keeping silent about the incident. However, according to ‘Dumskaya’, the aircraft was shot down by soldiers of the SOF of the AFU.

‘It happened during an operation to establish control over one of the gas production platforms, which was carried out by the Special Operations Forces. SOF soldiers sent to the facility a landing force on fast-moving watercraft, on which the enemy aviation worked, firing six missiles. The paratroopers shot down the Russians‘ Su by returning fire from man-portable air defence systems,’ the publication reported.
