The Kremlin press secretary is upset.

The media focused on American ATACMS missiles and Ukraine's ability to strike deep into Russia with them. Russian dictator Vladimir Putin's spokesman Dmitry Peskov spoke with resignation about whether Ukraine will be allowed to strike Russia with such weapons.

The Kremlin's press secretary stated that “most likely, of course, all these decisions have already been made, this can be assumed with a high degree of probability”. RIA Novosti quotes Putin's spokesman as saying.

“...at the moment, the media is simply conducting an information campaign to formalize the decision that has already been made,” Peskov said.
