Minsk Flooded

Several areas of the city went underwater.

There is a real flood in Minsk due to heavy rains. In some places, the water rose a meter.

Storm drains cannot cope. Cars move up to their wheels in water in some areas. Natural lakes formed in the areas of Pushkinskaia, Chaliuskintsau Park, and Kalvaryiskaia. The Chaliuskintsau Park metro station was even closed due to flooding.

City residents are advised to avoid flooded areas.

It is reported that as a result of bad weather, the Zamok Mall and Kamarouski market were flooded.
