Has everyone left?

‘Certain lack of specialists in the spheres of health care and education is felt’ in Kastrychnitski district of Minsk.

This was stated by head of the district administration Hennadz Liubatsinski. He spoke at an off-site meeting of the Council of Elders under Minsk City Executive Committee. Liubatsinski tried to calm those present. According to him, the voiced ‘indicators are not critical.’

But later the head of the district complained about the lack of staff in his administration. The number of district residents is growing, but the number of officials is not increasing.

It can be assumed that other districts of the capital are also short of specialists. Recently, a new anti-record was recorded in Belarus: the country needs more than 150 thousand workers.
